It is POSSIBLE that the conversion actually processed, and your transaction history did not properly update. Either way, when PayPal investigates, they should see, as you do, that you had a balance of �500 on 6 June. They will either explain where it went, or restore the balance. Computers do strange things at times. This is probably a processing glitch, not fraud an anyone's part.
