Would I get results working out like this?
Okay, I have a beach body program "rev abs" and it's a 90 day program, Monday through Saturday.... I work twelve hour warehousew shifts three to four days a week. I tried to this program and ended tiring myself for about a week so I'm going to do another type of workout until I I find another job.. So this is my workout: Monday, wendsday, Friday; I do 30 straight mins of pilatease, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; I do squats into shoulder raise/ with 50lbs dumbbells "5x5, and the Ab wheel roller for my abs, and that's it. So do you think I'd get results from this?? I mean hey, some working out is better than nothing....
