Is the smk b2 an good enough air rifle for garden target practice?

Im looking into buying my first air rifle and have found 2 smk b2 rifles 1000 pellets and a metal shoot down target for �125 GBP, is this rifle good enough for my first gun and will it be accurate at around 20-30 meters?
