I am bad at saving!! Would it be a good idea to exchange my GBP for Euros now for travelling in September?

I would watch the exchange rate every day as the unstable economic situation in the Eurozone may cause fluctuations in your favor. Also, you generally get a better rate using a debit card at a bank in the country your visiting so only exchange what you might need for the first day or two. A UK bank will charge you about the same exchange rate but their fees will likely be higher. Don't use the exchange places like Travelex, their fees are bad.
