Can you suggest me a clinic to remove the spleen from my dog due to tumor ?

Hi, my dog a 9,5 years old Border Collie has been diagnosed today with spleen tumor at early stage ... it seems he has it since beginning of April this year! However I want to go for a surgery its just that they ask me to pay around 2,500 GBP !!! I have red here before some people payed like 700 or 800 in some areas...please can you tell me the name and/or address of these vets if possible ? i live in nottingham
